Product: HP Officejet Pro 8630 e-All-in-One Printer

After MUCH troubleshooting with HP Smart and online research, I did a factory reset of the printer, reconfigured WiFi, and then enabled web services FROM THE PRINTER.  This finally worked.  Several hours wasted using other methods...
