Product: HP ENVY Photo 6234
Operating System: iOS

Printer is HP ENVY Photo 6234.

Error message Cartridge Problem.

Remove and reinstall the indicated (black) cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed.

if this messages continues to appear, replace the indicated cartridge.

i have read and done everything, update, reset, clean as advised.

I now want a new cartridge to replace but cannot find any way of doing this as instant ink want the fault cleared before they will send out more cartridges. I need an instant ink cartridge not just a replacement from a store.

please advise how to get a replacement
