Printer has been working fine and then started showing an error message to say i wouldnt be able to print soon and i needed to connect to update hp instank ink.
I clicked on connect every time and it just showed a message to say the printer was being updated and could take several minutes ( it just didnt do anything). in my ink account it says offline but on the printer its got email address. i rang tech help a few months ago and spent about 45 minutes turning it off and on and re setting up all the connections and uninstalling and reinstalling the ink account etc but it didnt resolve the connection to the account which still shows as offline. i cant face spending my day on the phone to go through all that again! anyone got any ideas? is my printer just too old?
