Hi. 

 

I am one of those who misread the whole HP instant ink setup up situationsand I am currently in a situation where I cancelled after finally installing my instant ink (originals lasted forever) but now the printer requires an instant ink subscription.

 

I have tried to re enroll but I get "Your subscription has ended. We’ll have your final invoice available soon." which has been present for the last 2 weeks.

 

Followed some advice on removing and readding the printer which has not worked, even stranger the web page says there are no printers atached to my account and the smart app says it is.

 

Firstly how do I get this printer back working with instant ink?

 

Secondly HP was happy to take my money for a year using my own cartriges whilst paying for HP instant ink but imediately hold my printer hostage when I made the mistake of not understanding the proposition. Based on this I would have been better not joining it and would have still had the same use of my printer up until I changed the cartridges?. Is this money going to be refunded?
