Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My color cartridge is empty and black is full. I have used 29 of my 50 monthly. Been copying photos. They use more in than a printed page. Is each photo considered a page  If so why am I not receiving more ink this to reach my 50  pagesmonth. 

.How do I get more ink sent. I am un able to use my printer
