Hi @Shubhamzinta,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for reaching out. I understand how concerning it is to find ink leaking from your printer, especially if it has stopped working.

For now, please avoid using the printer until we can identify the source of the leak. Continuing to print while ink is leaking could cause additional damage to the printer or its internal components.

To help us determine what has happened, could you please share:

  • The exact HP printer model.
  • Which ink cartridge or ink bottle appears to be leaking (black or color, if known).
  • Whether the leak is inside the printer, underneath it, or around the ink cartridges/tank area.
  • Any error messages or error codes shown on the printer display or in the HP app.
  • A few clear photos:
    • The area where the ink is leaking.
    • The inside of the printer with the access door open.
    • The ink cartridges or ink tank area.
    • Any error displayed on the printer screen.

Once we have these details and photos, we'll review them carefully and help determine the cause of the leak and the best way to get your printer working again. We'll be happy to assist you further.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
