Printer ink not working despite being new. message still comes up on Printer it needs to be replaced

Printer requested Ticolour cartridge needed replacing. Inserted new cartridge but still get same message. On my PC it shows level empty and no details of cartridge being inserted  and needs attention. Have followed all steps to clean contacts on cartridge and on printer but no change. It appears the Printer is not communicating with the cartridge.How do i get to speak to a technician to resolve this.

My Printer is HP ENVY 5530 and cartridge is HP301 Tri-colour

Internet connection is Wireless

Is your printer enrolled in HP Instant Ink Program?

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
