HP OfficeJet Pro 9019/Premier All-in-One Printer

I own this printer but I don't know the previous owner. While configuring the printer it shows the message "Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP instant ink", When I tried to setup instant ink at my account but it does not allow me to setup since the printer is already linked with an another account. Please help me how to resolve this issue.
