Printer is printing but comes out blank.

I’m setting up my printer now, the ink cartilages are in the slots, everything is working and it’s hooked up to my phone to print. But everytime I try to print something the papers are blank?

Are you able to make photocopies on the printer?

If no, follow the steps from the document Printer Prints a Blank Page or Does Not Print Black or Color Ink to isolate and resolve the issue.

If yes, I'd like to know the following-

Are you using the AirPrint feature or the HP Smart App?

Which application are you trying to print from?
