Hi @EllieRPG,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding payment method issues on the HP DeskJet 4155e All-in-One Printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Confirm Payment Update: Ensure that your payment method has been successfully updated in your account. Sometimes, an error may stop the new payment method from being saved.

Verify Account Credentials: Ensure you are using the correct account credentials that are associated with your HP Instant Ink subscription or HP All-In Plan for Print.

Refresh Browser: Make sure you are using one of the recommended browsers – Google Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge. Refresh the browser window if necessary.

Clear Browser Cache: Clear your browser cache to ensure you are loading the most updated version of the account page.

Check Account Status:

  • Go to MyAccount, click Sign In, and enter your account credentials.
  • Navigate to Shipping & Billing under Account and verify the updated payment method.

Retry Charge: If your account was suspended, HP will retry the charge after you update your payment method. It can take up to 30 minutes to resume printing.

I hope this helps.
