Printer not connecting to instant Ink

HP Recommended
HP Envy 5032

Printer is enrolled and has worked in the beginning.

Have been off line due to Covid 19 lock-down.

Attempting to re-start normal life and getting message that printer cannot connect to Instant Ink try again later. no success after trying for the last 3 days.

Attempted to load ink cartridge received and get error message  - printer is not connected.
