HP DeskJet Plus 4130 All-in-One Printer

My printer is connected to our wifi and the computer can find the printer. We pay for instant ink and the account is live. But the printer thinks its not enrolled in HP Instant Ink. So it won't print anything but the printer information page. I have tried rebooting the Wi-Fi, computer and printer as well as removing and replacing the ink cartridges. Not that the Wi-Fi is the issue, but the HP app can't connect with the printer which is why is think the printer has this ink error. Any thoughts on how to fix it?

I see that you are facing printer issues.

 

Kindly refer to the steps under "How do I fix cartridge errors associated with printer enrollment?" on this link as per the printer enrollment status and let me know if that fixes the issue.
