Product: Hp envy7640
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have been trying to print for days and have sought help on the website, but am not getting anywhere. My wifi connects to the printer, but it keeps coming up with a message that says  "Cannot print, visit HP InstantInk.com. But there is no guide there as to what to do.

Printer is a HPEnvy 7640

Sounds like you need to setup the printer. Sadly HP printers can only be setup using phones days.

Hi, Thanks for your help.

The printer eventually web-connected itself somehow and I woke up the next morning to a printout! It is now working, but I cannot explain why or how.
