Hi all, I have a HP officejet 8015 printer using instant ink but not long after the purchase of the printer my printouts started to miss cyan colour and no matter how many times I have tried to clean the printhead it still is not printing cyan right and today I done a cold reset and after I did this I had an error message that said that it was a previous cartridge that was being used or something like that it went on to say that I had to be enrolled into instant ink even though I have been enrolled from when I purchased the printer. I then clicked the virtual assistant on the app but this was a waste of time as it didn't help at all. I am paying for 100 pages but I have not used more than 100 pages but I must have printed far more pages trying to sort this out after the clean the printhead or alignment commands. I am at my wit's end with this printer and I am starting to regret purchasing it. Has anyone any ideas

Unfortunately, you now likely have two different issues. By doing a reset with Instant Ink cartridges installed you have caused the printer to "forget" about the Instant Ink subscription. You will need to contact HP INstant Ink support to resolve this issue. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen during support hours:
The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve cyan not printing, once you resolve the Instant Ink issues. Be sure to check the vents have been properly cleared. If the steps there do not resolve the issue your printer may require service.
I am not an employee of HP, I am a volunteer posting here on my own time.
