Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Please can someone please help me. i have instant ink i pay for monthly. all of a sudden the printer would not recognize colour cartridge, i went through all the processes advised to me to no avail.

Can someone please advise me how i can talk with the suppliers to rectify this ?? cant seem to get through to anyone, i went out and bought another colour cartridge that works fine but now it cant connect with hp.....

 

Please Please help

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
