Halfway through printing documents, my printer produced the following message:Remove and Reinstall the indicated ink cartridge making sure it is correctly installed and then touch OK.
I have done so, also put in a new cartridge, then removed the cord from the printer. Nothing. The message keeps reappearing and I can no longer print anything.
I would like to know if the printer is enrolled to Instant Ink or not.
