Hi @Danh15,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 printer is indicating that it's not connected to the internet, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Check Network Connection:

  • Make sure that your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or device.
  • Ensure that the Wi-Fi signal is strong and stable.

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off your printer, wait for about 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
  • Allow the printer to restart and try to print again.

Restart the Router:

  • Power cycle your wireless router by turning it off, waiting for 10-15 seconds, and then turning it back on.
  • Wait for the router to restart, and then check if the printer connects to the network.

Verify Wireless Settings:

  • Check the wireless settings on your printer to confirm that it is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
  • You may need to re-enter the Wi-Fi password if it has changed.

Update Firmware:

  • Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Visit the HP support website, enter your printer model, and download the latest firmware if available.

Check for Interference:

  • Other electronic devices or nearby Wi-Fi networks could interfere with your printer's connection. Try moving your printer closer to the router and away from potential sources of interference.

Printer Network Settings:

  • Access the printer's control panel or settings menu to review its network settings. Make sure it has a valid IP address and is connected to the correct network.

Reinstall Printer Software:

  • If the issue persists, uninstall the printer software on your computer and reinstall it. Ensure that you download the latest drivers and software from the official HP website.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
