I bought my office jet second hand but it’s arrived registered to the previous owner. I need to be registered to use instant ink. How do I resolve this?

Thanks for getting back to me. I’ve sorted it. I reset the printer back to factory default settings and then restored network settings. It works thankfully and I can replace my old printer with this one with Instant Ink.
