HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

Windows Update installed last night.  This may have triggered the error message " "Cartridge cannot be used until printer is enrolled in HP Instant Ink."  Printer IS enrolled in Instant Ink.  Printer cannot be accessed on line, and the error message can only be replaced by options such as Printhead Alingnment, that the printer will not perform.

The steps suggested by Sandytechy20 led to resolution of the Instant Ink error message.  The step that worked was to replace the existing ink cartridges with different cartridges.  I did not have a used black cartridge, so I replaced that with a new cart.  The color cartridges were replaced with carts I removed the last time this bug occurred.  This removed the error massage and let me regain partial control of the device.   My problem was actually two-fold.  I had the clear the Instant Ink error message so I could access the printer control buttons.  Now I still cannot print because i the printer will not link to my WiFi network.  It shows a steady blue network light, but the printer still will not accept new jobs - the que remains empty.  Print and Scan Doctor times out before completing the setup process, so I still can't print.  Maddening!

The cartridge error message has returned twice more since I reported it was solved.  Why doesn't the Instant Ink site confirm authorization to my printer?   I also have network and scanner issues that cannot be fully resolved until the printer is stable and on line.  I am losing days of work time to these issues.
