Error Message on my HP Envy 7640 after inserting a new #62 HP color cartridge:
"Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed, and then touch OK."
Have done this 10 times. Have unplugged the printer and restarted. Will still print with old cartridge. The new cartridge is
from HP Instant Ink and will not be accepted. Old cartridge is from HP Instant ink.
