I have a HP Envy Photo 7134 AIO printer. Im having problems trying to print from my mobile device and now from my pc. On the hpsmart page, it says the printer is disconnected from internet. The printer is on the same wifi as my mobile and pc. 

The printer states that the cartridges cannot be used until the printer is enrolled. 

I have enrolled previously.

I cannot print at all which is very frustrating. I feel like l just want to throw it in the bin.

Please help !!

It looks like your printer is not able to communicate with the HP Instant Ink servers, which is why cartridges are blocked. To fix this:

Check connectivity – Ensure the printer is on the correct Wi-Fi and restart both router and printer.

Update firmware – Use HP Smart or the printer’s Embedded Web Server to install the latest updates.

Re-enroll in Instant Ink – Remove and add the printer in HP Smart under “Instant Ink.”

Verify network settings – Make sure no firewall or proxy is blocking port 443.

Restart printer – Power cycle the printer if needed and retry enrollment.

Following these steps usually restores connectivity and printing. If the problem continues, contact HP Instant Ink support with your printer’s serial number.

Hi.

Thank you for the reply. Im very technically minded and lve done everything that you suggest.  I know that the cartridges are not connecting to the HP server, which is the reason why it will not print. 

This is not the first time that lve had issues with this printer. 

My solution is to purchase another printer and a different brand.
