I enrolled in HP Instant Ink in March 2020.   In early October printer said that if I don't reconnect to HP Instant Ink soon it would eventually stop printing.  Of course I waited too long and it stopped printing just like it said  (was not bluffing).  Was unable to connect to WebServices so connected  printer directly to my phone hotspot, disabled and then re-enabled connection to WebServices and got webservices working.  However Claim code not printing out with error message that I'm not connected to HP Instant Ink.   I logged into my HP ink account and it says it last synced with this printer on Oct 6th.  Instructions on HP Ink account say to print out webservice info page and enter new claim code.  But you guessed it , it won't print with error message that I need to re-connect to HP Instant Ink to re-enable printing.  I went along with the HP Chat virtual assistant as long as I could bare.   I think I'm stuck in some sort of catch 22 here and really need your help as I've been working on this for days and my daughter and wife remind me everyday that the printer is still not working and I need to do something (even more embarrassing because I work for HP Print).
