A impressora está conectada ao WIFI. O Windows pode acessar as configurações da impressora.
O Windows pode imprimir a página usando a impressora.
A impressora reclama que em breve não imprimirá mais porque não tem conexão com a internet.
Todos os meus vários dispositivos têm conexão com a Internet usando o mesmo WIFI, exceto a impressora HP.

O sinal WIFI é excelente e está tudo bem (exceto sem conexão à Internet) de acordo com o relatório WIFI da impressora.

Como consertar esse problema? Todos os aplicativos HP Smart têm acesso à Internet e estão conectados, mas a impressora não consegue se comunicar com a Internet. Por que a impressora não se comunica ou se comunica por meio do aplicativo? Não faz sentido, está tudo online e a impressora não consegue se conectar à internet.

Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:

 

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your PC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Try printing. 

 

Also, check your HP Instant Ink account page. Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
