I've just bought a used officejet pro 8022. It's 14 months old and worked perfectly for a week, now it won't initialise. It has instant ink cartridges fitted and i have no account. is this the problem?

Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing an ink-related issue with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8022 All-in-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
So please remove the instant ink cartridges and use regular ink cartridges as the previous owner might have canceled the subscription from their end.
Once you install the new ink cartridges then the issue will be resolved.
