Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So my printer like many is refusing to print. I was charged the monthly $11for months but only received one batch of ink the first month which was a year ago this month. I have been purchasing ink from the store since then and everything was fine. Until this month. Now its refusing to print. How do I cancel the subscription and get use of my printer back. This is ridiculous. I appreciate the intent behind making ink filled for customers. I do not appreciate holding my ability to print from me.

Also, how can I receive a refund for the month I was charged but never received the ink?

Thank you.

Hi @missevelynb

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

What is the error you get while trying to print?

If the printer is enrolled in Instant Ink, you will receive the ink cartridges only when they are low/empty. You will not receive the ink cartridges every month.

For the Instant Ink servers to monitor the ink level in the printer, it has to be connected to the internet.

If you would like to cancel the service, refer to this document to know how.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
