I keep getting the Printhead not found error message. I tried to reseat the Printhead but it doesn’t work

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

I understand you are not able to print due to this error.

 

Kindly perform the steps from this document to resolve this issue. If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printhead or the printer. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options.
