Product: HP ENVY 6065e All-in-One Printer

I printed photos of size 4x6 in from mobile and they are counted towards monthly limit. But on HP Instant Ink page, it clearly notes that photos of size less than 5x7 in printed from mobile phone do not count towards monthly page limit. Clearly there is something wrong here. Either I'm not doing it the right way of HP's tech is erroneous or there is some fine print I'm missing. Can someone please help?

To locate your account, please provide

Your registered email address

Your Instant Ink account ID

Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink

Confirm your address,
