Blue color began streaking a few days ago.   I replaced ink cartridges, ran diagnostics, alignment, print head cleaning and secondary cleaning. All ink levels indicate OK, but now there is no printing from the blue cartridge.   This is an HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 All-in-One Printer.  It is 2 years and 3 months in use and has printed about 3900 pages, usually 60 - 200 each month.  I have only used authentic HP cartridges obtained through the Instant Ink plan.

I understand the blue ink cartridge does not print
