Having real printing problems with my HP Envy printer. It’s missing colours, constantly prints with large visible lines running through and when I use glossy paper, it does not set properly with the ink smudging and not setting.
I am on the Instant Ink program and my ink levels are fine apparently. I only use HP inks and paper. I have tried following the instructions on cleaning manually but this has not helped. I feel like I am going round in circles and it seems impossible to get in touch with anyone. The ‘virtual assistant’ feature on the app is driving me crazy. Any help/advice would be appreciated. This printer has been a bit of a nightmare so far.

Hi! @Cobrakatie,
Have you tried checking with a regular ink cartridge? Does the issue persist?
Please share the operating system you are running on the PC to assist you better.
Print a print quality test page and check if the issue persists.
Check the ink levels on your printer and replace the low, empty or faulty ink cartridges.
Clean the electrical contacts on the ink cartridges.
Make sure the ink cartridges are inserted correctly
