The printer supports duplex (2-sided) printing on a few standard sizes on paper type "Plain" paper.

The full driver printer software should be installed to provide access to the full range of Printing Preferences and Printing Properties.

Ask if you need help installing the full driver for Windows 11.

Ask if you need help to configure your job -- 
Please let us know:

• The application / software you are using
• The paper size / type
• The Tray and Paper settings (in the Printer / EWS)
• The content type (for Example, PDF format or Word document).

Next,

Check that Printer Properties are set to the installed HP full driver and NOT the IPP / Microsoft Driver.  IPP drivers simply do not include access to all the printer's features, including automatic Duplex.
