I recently subscribed again to HPs Instant Ink and just received my new ink cartridges yesterday. When i set them up today for my printer and done an alignment, my printer continues to grab the paper but not print anything at all. The paper doesn’t roll into the printer to print out. It just stays stuck at the top and doesn’t pass through. Should I just get a new printer?

Hi @Natalie100,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Please follow the steps below to perform a reset on the unit:
1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
3. Wait at least 60 seconds.
4. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
5. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
6. Turn on the printer and try printing.
You may also refer to the steps in this document.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
