Hello,

I am making prints of my artwork on my HP Envy 5660 and using HP premium Gloss photo paper.

I have recently signed up for HP Instant Ink subscription.

my printer prints well enough but I find that the blacks in the prints don’t come out very well. The best way I can describe it is that my prints look like a painting before it gets varnished, and really bringing out the colors.

Right now, it looks like there’s like a hazy/cloudy layer over them.
I use a lot of deep, saturated colors and blacks in my artwork and I would like that to show up in the prints.

any suggestions? I’ve done all the mandatory updates and test prints. Not sure what else to do.  Is it just time for a new printer entirely??
