Hello!

I wonder if anyone can help!

I have an Instant ink subscription and my current printer broke (the rollers do not work) 

I have since been given a printer and am trying to set it up and replace my old printer. 

I am unable to do this because...

A) it says the printer is already claimed (we have tried to log on to the previous owners account and it isn't showing there either?!) and

B) the printer has no ink and none of the pages can be printed

 

I have already been paying for a few months of instant ink for my old printer that hasn't even been used, so it would really help if anyone can let me know how i can update the printer on my subscription so that I can get new cartridges delivered. The current printer i am trynig to connect is the Envy 4502

What is your Instant Ink account number or the email address that you use to log in to your account?

 

Also, verify your shipping address, printer serial number, and contact phone number for further assistance.
