I've signed upto instant ink first payment has left bank account but I'm receiving a message saying There was a problem finalizing your subscription how do I resolve this issue and will I receive my first free months trial ?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

I understand you are trying to enroll the printer in Instant Ink. Kindly refer to this document for assistance - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

 

If it still does not help, perform a reset on the printer.

With the ink door open, press and hold the Wi-Fi and Power buttons for at least three seconds.

 

Now, try to enroll the printer.
