HP DeskJet 3637 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello ,

I have a DeskJet 3637 and I am in the Instant Ink program. I have been sent a couple of physically larger cartridges - 63/302 instead of the smaller 65/304 that I have used in the past. As soon as I fit them and try to use I get E3 Carriage Jam errors. Strangely this only happens when printing, NOT when photocopying.

Are they simply the wrong size for my printer?

Simon
