Product: HP ENVY 5660 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Having a problem with new HP62 tri- color Instant Ink cartridge when I try to install it I get a error message

"Ink Cartridges Problem Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed, and then touch OK." 

So I did that a few times and kept getting the message "HP Instant Ink Status Problem with cartridge(s)"

What do I need to do to get another tri-color sent to me ASAP?

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
