Problems with supply

I was wondering if anyone else is having problems getting Ink from this "instaink" program. I have been waiting since October to get a Black Ink. Instead they just send out the Tri-Colour cartridges. I have tried a dozen times to speak to a human but never seem to have any luck. Is there a solution?

I got to the point sick of waiting went out and purchased one of same cartridges as they use, my printer refused to recognise it.
