Hello there,
I just finished setting up the printer and went through the app to create a new account and activated a free trial subscription for instant ink. The trial only gave me 2 months instead of 6 months as listed on the order page or in the brochure.
Continuing with the app, it also guided me to create an HP+ account which at that point showed the 6 months trial, however since I already enrolled in the 2 months plan, it didn't switch me to 6 months.
How do I switch to the 6 months trial instead?
thank you

I called the contact center at [content removed] and the agent updated my free trial from 2 months to 6 months right away.
My issue is resolved now.

Hi @jwadr,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are unable to claim your promotional months
Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?
Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Let me know.
