Dear HP Support,
I hope this message finds you well.
I currently have an HP Instant Ink subscription linked to my account, and I recently canceled it with the end date set to June 1st, 2025. However, I have noticed that during the past few months, despite printing fewer than 50 pages—or even none at all—my account never showed the printer as "enrolled."
I would like to understand why the enrollment status was never confirmed, even though the printer was registered and connected to the Instant Ink plan. Could it be due to not using the Instant Ink cartridges, or possibly because the printer was not regularly connected to the internet?
I would appreciate your clarification regarding this issue. My goal is to ensure that my subscription and printer are functioning correctly and in accordance with HP’s terms.
