This should really actually be simple. I just want to take this HP desk off of my account when I tried to delete it off my account. It says you can’t do that without canceling your HP Instant ink subscription. However, I don’t have an instant ink subscription with that printer. I stopped at that subscription back in September when I chose to upgrade printers and go into an all in plan and get a new hp envy.  it’s real frustrating. I can’t figure it out. It’s like it’s stuck in the loop.  but yet once it keeps sending me emails about your subscription has expired. Please update the payment information….  I don’t even have the printer anymore. Smh

Hi @Ballatim24,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're experiencing an issue with removing a printer from your HP account. Here are the steps you can take to try and resolve the problem:

Sign in to Your HP Account:

Check Your Subscription Status:

  • Even if you believe your subscription was canceled, it’s worth double-checking.

  • Go to your account settings and verify that there are no active subscriptions linked to the printer you want to remove.

Remove the Printer:

  • Go to the "Printers" section.

  • Attempt to remove the printer by selecting it and choosing the "Remove" option.

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
