arrrrrh, something is telling me, that there is a lot of posts this last few day, with this black ink issue,  and I have triple triple checked my devices and etc thank you andrew

hello sandy thank you for your quick response, my printer is the hp deskjet 2510 all in one and the product number CX027B,also even the hp scan docter  5.0  sticks on loading, thank you andrew

If you have done all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here

And still if the issue persists, I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
