HP Envy Photo 7155 - black ink cartridge keeps indicating not installed properly. I've cleaned, removed, and

reinstalled multiple times. In the first place, the cartridges dry up and have to be cleaned with alcohol. This solves the problem some times. Today it worked for awhile but has since stopped. The cartridge contacts appear to be very pitted. I've cleaned those as well. The cartridge is getting low in ink and probably needs to be replaced. I have an Instant Ink contract but ready to cancel that and throw the dang printer away. I used HP products for years but this is ridiculous.

Apologies for the inconvenience. If the printer is not used for a couple of weeks, the inks may dry up. It is recommended to print at least once or twice every week.
