I posted a similar issue today and have yet to receive a response! All I need to do is request more ink since it’s not registering...and I can’t seem to do that. I’ve waisted so much time trying to find a solution which is completely ridiculous! What’s the point of paying for this service if I can’t receive help when I need it?!

I've had to deal with some bad and arrogant companies and systems in my time - the type that make you rage because they plaster all this "help " & "support" & contact us" messages all over their web pages, but they just make you go round and round in an endless loop coming back to the same **bleep**e pages every time, with no phone numbers, email addresses or ways to speak to an actual person - who could resolve the problem in a heartbeat. No the selfish, arrogant, couldn't give a **bleep** ba@":#ds just keep you at arms length, punching the air - after all what you going to do about it. Here is another prime example - what was I thinking getting involved with this.
