HP Recommended

I called, but they were unable to help me without a case number. I've requested a case number via messanger and chat, but neither will give me one because I'm an "instant ink" customer and they should just be sending me the ink. They said they can't order ink for instant ink. How is that possible? I hate having a printer I can't use. Terrible customer service.

It appears you are calling the HP Support folks rather than the HP Instant Ink dedicated support team.

 

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
