Same HP Account Problem Issue and I am Unable to Print Until the Issue is Resolved.                                      Regarding an issue with my HP Instant Ink subscription and my printer.

 

Year 2023, I subscribed to the HP Instant Ink service.  By Year 2024, I contacted HP through online chat to cancel the subscription, and I also cancel through my HP Smart Account. I was informed that it was already canceled; however, I later noticed that my subscription was not properly canceled and I continued to be charged for several months after the cancellation request. 

 

Because the charges continued, I had to dispute them with my credit card company. Although the

HP Instant Ink service is no longer active, my printer is still restricted, and I am unable to print.

This situation has been very difficult for me because I purchased my HP printer from Best Buy and expected to be able to use it normally even without an active subscription.

 

I have tried reaching out several times and also sent emails regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received any response yet. At this time, my printer remains unusable, and it appears to be controlled by the Instant Ink service even though my subscription has already been canceled.

 

I kindly ask for your help to:

  1. Review my account
  2. Remove any restrictions on my printer so I can print normally without an HP Instant Ink subscription.
  3. Resolve this issue as soon as possible so I can use my printer again.
