Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6970 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My daughter donated her all in one printer to me which was working perfectly. She removed it from her account to allow me to add it to mine and take on the instant ink subscription. But after many attempts to add the printer to my account. It will not allow me to re enroll. My only options are to buy a new printer or pay extortionate money for cartridges from HP. This is really bad. I will never ever buy another HP product again!
