Over the last 9 months, I had to increase my Instant Ink Plan and then eventually lowering it. I have Paper Supply add-on which was effected. I believe more paper to be shipped in February but I do not need more sent just yet. What do I do?

I see you need help with the instant ink account. To access your account I request you to share the registered email address in a private message.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name.
Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Thank you for responding to my inquiry. I have had HP's Instant Ink Plans for a very long time but the Paper add-on is fairly new.
