Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

Request you to please perform the below steps -

 

Please login to your Instant Ink account, Expand HP Instant Ink option on the top left control panel, and click on Overview. Once the overview screen opens up, please scroll down and you will find an option, stating recycle ink cartridges. 

 

Please click on this option and follow the on-screen instructions.
