I use to get pre-paid return recycling envelopes with every instant ink cartridge delivery so I could mail back the empty ink cartridges to HP for recycling. But, the past 4+ deliveries of ink cartridges I have not received any. I cannot find a place on the website to request/order some; I cannot find a phone number that actually connects me to someone in customer service to ask how I can order these envelopes: and the information from a website search on how to order these pre-paid return recycling envelopes was of on help and bogus (not accurate, very little detail) and probably fraudulent. Is there any way that I can order some HP pre-paid return recycling envelopes? If so, how do I accomplish this task and resolve this issue?

I think your best option is to call / contact Instant Ink Support directly when the support office is open.

 

Mention the problems you've had and ask for help getting what you need.

 

If you cannot / will not contact Instant Ink Support,

Wait here for a Community HP agent to find your post and answer your Instant Ink related questions.
