Hi, 

I've recently cancelled my instant ink subscription and now need to send back the ink cartridges. I need to order a new recycling envelope and have followed the instructions that tell me to request it through the help center on my account page, but there is no help center on my page. I've also followed a direct link to the help center given by the virtual assistant but the page was blank and I can't get in touch with a real person. How can I request a recycling envelope?
